The handsome violin has a meticulous amber varnish ,

vivid lion head carving scroll make the violin very distinctive.The violin has an attractive wood selection, 50 years old spruce with really highly flamed maple back from northeast of China .The top is made from high quality spruce with fine medium straight grain. It is a very excellent violin.

This violin features a recommendable sweet and powerful voice, with mature character and precision, full of volume in the lower ranges and with beautiful resonance in the upper ranges,balanced on all strings.

**Du cheng is from Shan xi Province which is famous of producing artistic craftman from Ming and Qing dynasty.。He’s representative work is 100:1 Wooden Carvings models of four renowed towers in China which has been kept in HongKong now.These years,he lived in Shanghai and focused on carving on violins.We are very lucky to be able to make violins together with this master.I’ll show more his work recently..**
